Each portrait is carefully painted to order, so I accept a limited number of commissions at a time to ensure every artwork receives the time and attention it deserves.
Estimated turnaround: 3–4 weeks from reservation to dispatch.
Your exact timeframe will be confirmed when your commission is accepted and may vary depending on the number of pets, artwork size and any personalised requirements.
Worldwide tracked shipping is included in the standard commission price. Delivery times vary by destination.

From our first conversation to the moment your portrait arrives, you'll receive your final payment link before your artwork is carefully shipped worldwide.
1. Enquire
Complete the enquiry form and upload your favourite reference photographs.
2. Personal Consultation
I'll personally review your enquiry, confirm availability and recommend the collection that best suits your vision.
3. Reserve Your Commission
Once timeframe is confirmed, I'll send you a secure reservation payment link.

4. Painting Begins
Once your reservation is confirmed, I'll prepare everything needed for your portrait and begin the creative process. If your commission includes a specific composition or personalised elements, I'll confirm these with you before proceeding.
5. Approval & Delivery
Once your portrait is completed, I'll send you the final payment link. Once the balance has been received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped worldwide with tracking.
Reservation payments are deducted from the final balance and secure dedicated time in my commission schedule. As every portrait is created exclusively to commission, reservation payments are non-refundable.
