2. What information I collect
When you submit a commission enquiry, I may collect:

- Pet's name and type
- Collection and artwork preferences

If you commission a portrait, I may also collect information needed to manage your order, payment and delivery.

4. Who I share your information with
I use a small number of trusted services to operate my business:
Resend – sends your enquiry and any attached reference photographs to my business email.
Google / Gmail – receives and stores my business emails and customer communications.
Stripe – processes commission payments when you choose to proceed.
Google Analytics – helps me understand how visitors use my website. Analytics only loads if you choose to accept analytics cookies.
These services may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
5. Reference photographs
Reference photographs submitted through the enquiry form are temporarily processed by my website and sent to me by email through Resend. They are not stored in a Firebase database or Firebase Storage.
I may keep photographs and commission information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete or manage your commission and maintain appropriate business records.
If you contact me about an enquiry that does not become a commission, I will not keep your information indefinitely and will delete it when I no longer have a legitimate reason to retain it.
6. Use of completed artwork
With your permission, I may share photographs of completed artwork on my website, portfolio and social media.
I will ask for your permission before using your commission for promotional purposes.
